..Bad patch.. 1リットルの涙

At home in Paris

I am a little depressed lately

So far, everything has been fitting well.
Everything has been set for me in my short life.
I just had to follow the paths traced by the system.

I thought I was going to graduate and smoothly start working.
But my job opportunities vanished away with the crisis.
In the middle of this, I don't have any clear perspective.

I realised I should not be sorry about myself, because I can still go on
In fact, I watched 1リットルの涙 (1 litre of tears). It helped a lot.

I also cried 1 litre of tears because of it

Why did the illness choose me?
Mum, will I get married...?

This is moving drama based on the real story of a 15 year old girl who lived to the fullest as she suffers from an incurable disease with unknown causes. Aya entered Meiwadai Higashi high school with a bright ambition and joined the basket club that she cherished. Elected as a class representative, she started to enjoy high school life, full of hope, but...

It is okay to fall down.
Because you will be able to stand up again.
If you fall down and look upon the sky,
Today, too, a blue sky will be smiling at you,

Spreading out infinitely.
I am... alive.

My hand is on my chest,
I feel the sound...
My heart beats.
So happy.
I am alive.

According to the drama, the book written by the real Aya (木藤亜也 Kitō Aya) has sold 1,8 million copies in Japan and still continues to give people a lot of courage.

I saw the first episode a long long time ago, but I definitely recommend the drama to everyone.
The courage of Aya is a great lesson of life.

Thank you Aya, you helped one more person

  1. Aw sorry to hear, Irie! But don't worry, life works in funny ways and sometimes one door closes so that a new one can open :) You're a talented girl, I'm sure things will start going your way soon aslong as you keep pushing!

Wishing you all the best <3 *hugs*

  2. 頑張って!!
I'm sure you can pull through!! Sometimes running into a slump can help you get stronger and open your eyes to new opportunities..

I watched 1 litre of tears some years back too.. omg I cried SO much, it was sooo sad but I loved it as well!

  3. Thank you so much m(_ _)m
I'll see how it turns out!

  4. 1リットルの涙 is such a moving drama, really great.

I'm sad to hear that you are upset about being back in Paris - you're much closer to me now though haha. Times are tough for a lot of people now, but we shouldn't give up!

  5. Awwwww please don't be sad(((
Just try to image and believe when one door becomes closed the new door or window somewhere opens and you can enter it!
The actress is so beautiful but I don't know Japanese much for understanding what's the idea of the film. I guess I should find it in English and download^^'

  6. merci d'avoir partagé ce lien Irié.
J'aime bien les tranches de vie comme ça et en plus si tu dis que ça fait bien pleurer T_T
Je trouve ça remarquable qu'elle ait écrit ce livre. Courage Aya !
